Yesterday, i blew into my fan from behind the back of the LCD, to try and lazily clean out any dust without having to disassemble it, and it stopped then started immediately and began to do a low hum.. well once i continued using my macbook and used more graphical and CPU straining programs, the fan sped up and got SO LOUD AND ANNOYING. it will go so fast it will stop... tick a few times, then maybe start again, and repeat.. BUZZZZZZZZ. It fluctuates, for no reason.. i can hear it speed up or slow down, clearly. Bearings are shot?

I took it out and tried to lube it, and now it just has a low growlish hum. when i browse the web it sits at around 2-3.5k RPM when i play a game, is runs at 3.5-5k RPM and its SO DAMN LOUD! The temp is around 51 at a low, to 71 at high.

is the fan just dead? or can i reset it? Halp!
