Hello,
For a few days now my MacBook M1 has been displaying a black screen and the Apple startup sound is no longer playing.
Before that I had already encountered some premonitory problems:
First problems with the keyboard, then a malfunction of the touchID and, the day before the black screen, graphic problems (green screen, white square, etc.) while playing a game.
The black screen appeared following 'a reboot after an OS update, but the keyboard and touchID now work fine.
I am trying to determine the root cause to see how to repair the laptop, since it is no longer under warranty. I managed to connect an external screen and it works, I notice that the Mac's speakers still work (but still not at startup, surprising!)
I tried several manipulations (Safe mode, diagnostic) but I'm starting to run out of ideas, do you have any suggestions?
