I am about the purchase a blackbook and would like some advice on external display support and performance. I prefer the macbook over the macbook pro because of its smaller form factor, however i will be hooking it up whenever at home to a 23" cinema display. I know the macbook has an integrated graphics card, so what im wondering is will this hinder the performance of the macbook with the cinema display ? I dont do any 3d work or gaming, the computer is mainly used for Photoshop and some web dev. with programs like Rapid-weaver.
Will the forthcoming C2D macbook perform only slightly slower than the macbook pro in a configuration such as this or will there be a vast difference ?
