Macbook Mid 2012, El Capitan, App Store Greyed out buttons

Hi there,

Running El Capitan 10.11.6 on my macbook and when I go into the app store (logged in) there are a couple of updates sitting, but the buttons are greyed out and nothing happens when pressing them.
When I go into featured tab and look at them, they are all greyed out also as I was looking to update to Catalina.
Any advice?
