Macbook mousepad less feedback?

My macbook seems to have less feedback when I click on the huge pad compared to my old ibook which would have a loud click everytime I pressed it. I'm getting use to it, but it was kind of annoying at first. Is anyone experiencing the same thing?

agreed, my old iBook g3 "click" feels more natural but im sure the macbook's is fine once you get used to it (already pretty used to it myself)
