MacBook + Nintendo DS Lite

Has anyone noticed how unbelievably similar the MacBook's and the Nintendo DS Lite's are... well the exterior anyway... they're almost identical apart from the size obviously...

How did they get away with that?

Do you mean that they are both white, or alternatively, both black?


Or that they are rectangular?

I know, mine are both white and everything. They both have lids... and screens.

It's uncanny...

No i mean the both look identical... apart fromt he size, they are both exactly the same shape, colour and the even the headphone jacks are in the same place... its weird...

I don't know what DS Lite you have, but mine has the headphone jack on the bottom... where as macbook / pros have it on the left side...

Heh, when I got my GBA SP, I put it right next to my mom's 12" PowerBook and laughed at how they looked identical.

When I get a DS Lite I'll have to put it next to my MacBook.

Japan just got a metallic grey if that's any better.

I just got a DS Lite a few days ago and it looks much more like a Wii-styled DS than a Macbook.

With my wii sitting upright it looks just like a Mac Pro!
