Macbook....NO AUDIO at certain 'open' angles???

When video conferencing, my audio shut off (mic...they can't hear me)
i can hear them fine the entire time....but my internal mic shuts off.

should i just take it in on applecare or is there something i'll be 'blamed' for??
it's never been mistreated.

If it hasn't been damaged, take it to the Apple store, they will take care of you.
