So... Today,
My aftermarket Magsafe charger died. So, I took off the magsafe connector portion. (the cord from the little Box, that connects to the macbook)... off from the original power supply box... And soldered it to a new power supply box... and I hooked up the wires backwards, then without checking plugged it into my macbook, I then figured out what I did, switched it, and now my battery won't charge... But I can still use the computer, and it will run off the power supply...
So, I've replaced the DC-In board. I've reset the SMC and PRAM.
So I'm down to the Logic Board. I'm looking to see other than replacing it... Is there a diode I burnt out? Something I can solder again. Anything.
Any suggestions would be helpful, except replacing the logic board
Thanks,
Steve
