MacBook not connecting to MSN or Nike+..

It was connecting fine up until a few weeks ago and connects fine to the internet but won't connect to Nike+ when I plug in my iPod and MSN has been saying that either the service isn't available (which it has been) or I'm not connected, which my computer is.
Any ideas on what this could be?!
