(apologies if this has been posted already)

A very nice little comparison and one for the PC fanboyflamers (who do sometimes seem to forget they are comparing a higher end brand name against low end budget kit when touting how much more is in their Brand X $600 laptop).

The author of the article did a fairly good job trying to be unbiased but he should've used the Dell XPS 13" which weighs less and is roughly the same power as the new macbook (The Dell XPS 1330 is expected to be refreshed with new tech next month, however.). No idea why he didn't. If the macbook is a premium laptop, why didn't he use premium laptops across the board? Apple doesn't really have a budget laptop unless you consider the "last gen" whitebooks and even then price still comes into play.

Just my take on it. *shrug*
