Hi everyone, have a 2008 macbook, I got the motherboard replaced on it about 2 years ago and I want to sell it on, but the serial number is not showing up, only realised this now. Anybody know why? and how to get it to show up?

Thanks.

Whoever replaced your logic board didn't set the serial number. Normally this is done by Apple.
