Hey, guys,
I have a late 2011 MBP running OS X 10.11.4 that I use in Clamshell Mode with two external monitors. I recently noticed that it doesn't appear to be sleeping properly, and I'm trying to find the cause.
The reason I believe my MBP is not sleeping properly is because I can still access it through the iOS Alfred and Google Remote Desktop apps. I'm pretty sure that previously that wasn't possible if my MBP was sleeping.
When I do put my MBP to sleep, the monitors turn off as expected and any music that's playing stops, but I've noticed that the hard drive keeps spinning up and down.
I've Googled around, but couldn't find any cases with the same symptoms. I've tried the following so far:

- Quitting Amphetamine (app that keeps Mac awake)
- Ejecting external HDD connected via USB hub
- Resetting Energy Saver settings to defaults
- Disabling network access and Bluetooth devices from waking Mac
- Updating DisplayLink driver (used by one of the external monitors)
