Hi! I just recently got a 2.16GHz MacBook (not SR), and I was wondering, how much is the max memory you can put in them and where can you get the memory at the cheapest price?

I would do a search before you get flamed...But from what i have read i think you can max out at 3GB. Same memory as Macbook SR, but i could be wrong.

You can put 4GB in, but they'll only address 3.3GB.

There are a few threads on these forums that will point you in the direction of cheap RAM, or good deals. You can use the Search field in the top right side of the site to find them.

OWC also recently lowered their price, if I remember correctly it's now like $110 for 2x2GB.
