i have a 13 inch aluminum unibody macbok(before they made it pro)

it's a little over 1 year old (no applecare)

I've tried everything on the troubleshooting page on apple

tried resetting the smc, etc etc

i was watching how i met your mother last night and it kept prompting me "Are you sure you ant to turn off your computer" and i just cancedled it everytime, whe i finished watching i closed it and that was that. wake up today and it won't turn on

i have school stuff that i need to access asap, help!!!

What happens when you push the power button? Absolutely nothing? Or do you maybe hear the DVD drive or the hard drive spin up?
