Macbook Not Waking to Receive Mail

Hopefully this is due to a setting that I didn't mean to change -

But I noticed recently that my MacBook (Big Sur) no longer updates the mail (iCloud) overnight. I thought that there was a setting that allowed the computer to wake up periodically to check mail? Instead I initially see yesterday's mail on the laptop while my phone is up to date.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Turn Power Nap on or off on Mac

Choose whether Power Nap is on or off when your Mac is connected to a power adapter or using battery power.
