Tested twice. Problem only happens on my uni macbook with the 9400M graphics chip. Tested the same installation CD on my old C2D MBP machine with the ATI X1600 chip.

Windows XP SP3 installed fresh. Updated, installed latest bootcamp drivers, update those (to get the newer trackpad driver).

Try to change your background image in Windows XP. Move around the images, up and down... eventually, rundll32 will crash and you'll be stuck nicely. Sometimes you can change your image, but eventually just moving up and down and trying to apply images, it'll crash. Very strange.

Anyone else notice this?

I found one other guy so far that mentioned it.

I updated my nvidia drivers to version 180.something I found on the interwebs and it fixed the problem it appears, but now the brightness controls don't work. :(

Bugs, bugs everywhere....

I wonder if this is happening on the newer MBP's as well.
