macbook on snow, reboots on wake from sleep

.-. it sleeps fine but when I wake up the macbook it dies and reboots :/ it kinda sucks lol its a core duo 2ghz with 2 gigs of ram if that helps for anything. I've checked the console log and it shows the report of sleep occurring normally, but the wake up log "WILL SLEEP" but the next line states com.apple.launchd[1].... I have done the SMC reset also...

you system sounds bugged...have you checked the power settings at all? does this happen on only battery power or while you're plugged in?

Both .-. and my snow disk is super scratched...
