This is really weird! I put my MacBook to charge earlier, and the Magsafe has the green fully charged light, but the menu bar says it's fully charged at 99%?
I don't get it. Any advice would be appreciated since I'm a total n00b.

It's very common with laptop batteries. I've seen this on many computers before and it's normal.

Thank you :)
It eventually went to 100% about 1-2 hours later. The capacity of the battery was 100% earlier today also but it went to 99% after it finished the cycle. Oh well. :D

Make sure your battery is properly calibrated, so your battery health readings are accurate.
