macbook or internet???

my macbookpro recently started acting up. it will load pages fine then all of a sudden it will not load a page again. this happens all the time now. it will get to about an inch on the load screen the freeze and display not connected to the internet. i have wireless uverse. the wifi says its at full strength. what could be the problem/fix?

please help. this is very annoying! oh and it does the same thing on my iphone4, which leads me to believe its the uverse internet.

my MBP sometimes takes a little time too. sometimes if i shut off the modem, turn it on after 30 seconds, then wait a minute, it should be fine.
