macbook or macbook pro

I have an opportunity to trade my 15 core duo macbook pro for a brand new black macbook core2duo. Questions is should I do it?

More Info: I use notebook for itunes, listening to sirius, and surfing the web. generaly when I listen to music it is on the built in speakers. no gaming. Would not be upgrading but have the opportunity.

I wouldn't take anyone up on that. The 15 inch core duo is a great machine and has a lot of nice features over the core 2 duo macbook. The extra screen space, express card slot, backlighted keyboard and video card are just a few of the pluses. The extra speed isn't worth it in my opinion.
