Macbook or Macbook pro :/

Ok I'm wondering which mac notebook to get
I like how the old macbook looks, but i want the multitouch the macbook pros have. I'm gonna use it to play games like team fortress and counter strike.
would there be a significant difference of speed and performance between the two?

If you even want to think about playing games, you'll need a pro. The 13" models have subpar graphics.

A nice refurbed Pro is only just below $1500.

either mbp will work, i have the early one, and it runs games great.

Well you'll probably want the 9600m GT for gaming as it offers about 2x the gaming performance of the 9400m. That being said, if you go for a 13" instead of the 15", you'll be running at a lower native resolution which would probably decrease your graphical demands.

All things considered, 9400m will play the games you mention, but not will all settings maxed out at native res.
