Hi, I hope I am posting this in the right place but here is my situation:

I was using my computer normally, it started to move slowly, so I properly shut it down. After leaving it off for a few minutes, I started it up again. However, every time I press the power button, it comes on and there is just a blank gray screen. No folder with a question mark on it, just a blank gray screen. Is there anyway to fix this?

Thanks in advance,

Morgan

Insert your original restore disks and try the apple hardware test. If your hardware's working, see if you can reinstall your os.

If you're within applecare, make an appointment with a genius and let apple diagnose it (and hopefully fix it or replace it) for free.

Try a last chance PRAM reset. If that fails, and your computer cannot or will not recognise your install disks, call AppleCare.
