I'm locked out of my Mac OS X. In Nov. 2009 International College purchased a MacBook for me to take a computer graphics class. I've used my computer regularly since then with no problems. Then today after downloading Google Chrome I was moving some files and I clicked on something and the whole page turned and there in the middle of the page was a small sign in square with "Mac OS X" below that "International's College MacBook" below that "Name" and "Password". There are no cursers and there is no navigation control or response to the key board I can't even turn the computer off. I called International College and they gave me the 2 names and passwords they always use when issuing MacBooks to students but they did not work. Is there a good man or a nice woman who may have a solution to my predicament? Live, Laugh, Love, & Be Happy, ConradGuy
