I've had my whitebook for a little over a year now (the newer one right after the graphic card update in 2009), and everything has been great. Today I was in my home office and I noticed that when I plugged in the power adapter to my mb while using it, the adapter itself makes a soft fuzzy, kind of static noise that you can only really hear if the room is silent. If I shut the computer, the noise would stop and continue to charge. I went to a different outlet and everything seemed to be fine. I went back to the first outlet, and it started working fine again. I've never noticed any of this before.
Is there anything I should be aware of or concerned about? Could the noise just be because something is wrong with the outlet, or a sign that the adapter is going bad and could possibly do some damage to my mb? I do charge frequently...I'm starting to think I should lay off...
