Hello, I have a macbook pro Model#1278. The laptop got wet and I've been told that I need a new motherboard. The price to replace is $750.00. When plugged in the computer turns on. Any advice on wether to fix or not. I don't understand why it turns on only when it is plugged in and not when it's not plugged in.
