MacBook Pro (13", 2012) DISK PROBLEM

Hi. Whenever i try to put in a disc into my disk-drive, it just ejects it again. Why?

The mechanics inside the disk-drive sounds kinda slow too.
I have not even been using it that much. Seems odd.
