Macbook pro 13" 2012 screen resolution

Hi guys, I've just bought a Macbook and was wondering what picture quality I can watch movies in? Will it handle 720p bluerays or full 1080p or neither of the above.

1280 by 800, you can watch content upto 800p. Anything higher will not see much improvement.
