MacBook Pro 13" 2019 - Shift keys issue?

Hi,

I just got my MacBook exchanged as my first one had an issue with the screen, I didn't really use it so can't remember what it's keyboard was like, this one I have though the shift keys are much louder and need more pressure to push down. Is this the sticky key issue people were talking about? Here's a video of me using it - https://streamable.com/hhp95
