Hello. I recently got a new MacBook Pro for college and I am having issues with it. I am a first time macOS user, and I can't seem to find any solution online so I'm hoping someone could possibly help me here. The problem I have is that my MacBook Pro always suddenly shuts off at 60% battery. I tried resetting the SMC, NVRAM, and PRAM yet none of those have worked. I honestly don't know what those are but I am desperate to try and fix this. I live on a small island with no Apple stores near me so I can't really go and get my MacBook fixed. I checked coconutBattery for the status of my battery and the pictures shown were taken only seconds apart. Now it just sticks to the 100% design capacity even though it does not live up to that. Is this an issue with macOS Mojave or do I have a faulty MacBook? If any other entry-level 2019 MacBook Pro users have come across this issue and fixed theirs, I'd please like to know the solution.
