Anyone have the 2012 MacBook Pro 13 inch that Apple's still selling? I'm probably going to pick one up tomorrow. I'm looking to mainly use it for footage dumping and word processing in film school next year. Maybe some light video editing. I was just wondering how it holds up with the newer Adobe CC products, anyone use any of them? My main ones are Premiere and After Effects. I'd like to be able to make very basic edits with 1080p DSLR footage, and be able to scrub through the timelines without completely choking up or anything. I do most of my editing on last gens 680MX iMac so I'm hoping I can get by with just the 13 inch. At least for a few years, especially if I do the ram/ssd upgrade.
