MacBook Pro 13" Audio Line In (On BootCamp)

I have recently installed Windows Vista on my MacBook Pro through BootCamp.
I'm using Cubase 4/5 (recording software) for my recording at home.
I'm not sure why, but my computer doesnt read any output sources. My headphones and speakers work fine but when I plug my guitar into the audio port it wont read it. Therefore I cant record anything through my audio line in.The sound just doesnt go into the computer.

Are there any drivers for this to work?Or any other solutions?

I need some help.
