I am wondering if anyone has any direct knowledge as regards the compatibility of the battery between the Macbook Pro 13" and the Macbook 13" Unibodies. I like the longer battery life of the Pro, but otherwise this computer suits me fine. I was wondering if I was to buy the battery of the Pro and attempt to use it, if I would get longer battery life. Anyone had any experience with this? :) Happy new year!

MBP 13" battery:

MB 13" unibody battery:
WkwQip2DfR1iJLMX.large

One is build in, therefore bigger, there other one is replaceable, therefore smaller, to accommodate the replacing mechanisms.

So do you have any suggestions as to buying/replacing batteries in the MB13?

i think what he is saying is they are different sizes so you would not be able to use a 13" mbp battery in your 13"mb unibody. you can however, buy a easily replace the 13" unibody battery with a battery meant for this computer.
