Hey, I have a Early 2011 MacBook Pro 13 model number : A1278. I just wanted to know if a 2009 MacBook Pro 13 battery will fit inside my MacBook Pro early 2011 model. Thanks for your help.
 
I'd say probably not, check out the tear downs on ifixit to see if there's any differences.
