I recently purchased a Macbook Pro 13" and swapped out the hard drive with a Intel 160gb SSD. I noticed that the first time i installed Parallels and Windows 7 my fan has been spinning much faster and gets really loud not only when running Parallels, which is understandable, but even when Parallels is shut down and not running. So wiped clean the SSD and reinstalled Mac OSX and the fan ran fine, but once again after installing Parallels with Windows 7 on it. The fan just continuously spins at a much faster rate then normal and drains a usual 6 hour battery to an 1-2 hours.
Anybody have any clue whats causing this and how i can fix it?
