Macbook Pro 13": Help me restore it to factory settings with everything GONE.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone can show me step by step how to remove all data, installed applications and delete password, account informations. I followed http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3200 but it didn't work.

You don't need two threads. The mods will take care of this one. In the mean time go look at your first thread. I put a picture up to help you.
