If it's yes for both then I would go for the 2.4GHz. If not, the 1.4 GHz to save some cash. No processor upgrades necessary, they don't actually make a big difference.

It's not that simple and I think you're falling victim to the marketing fluff...I would save the money on the CPU upgrades and go for additional RAM and SSD
