May i know which should i go for?1.7ghz or 2.8ghz?Need advice from pros

any reason why you're not going for the 1.4 Ghz and 2.4 Ghz CPUs? These upgrades make immaterial differences in terms of performance over the base clock speeds at best.
 
Do you use Thunderbolt often? Do speaker quality differences make or break it?

If it's yes for both then I would go for the 2.4GHz. If not, the 1.4 GHz to save some cash. No processor upgrades necessary, they don't actually make a big difference.

It's not that simple and I think you're falling victim to the marketing fluff...I would save the money on the CPU upgrades and go for additional RAM and SSD
