I have the June 2012 macbook pro 13 inch, and my battery capacity has become 97% is this normal? And is there any way to make the capacity go back to 100%? I have had this macbook for 10 months

It is perfectly normal if your battery health (maximum capacity) is more or less than 100%, even when brand new, or if it fluctuates up or down over time. The gradual decline is not in a straight line downward, and it may decline more rapidly at some times and slower at others. For further details, read the CHECKING STATUS AND HEALTH section of the following link.
The link below should answer most, if not all, of your battery/charging questions. If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend you take the time to read it.

my late 2011 macbook pro 13" was at 290 cycles at around 16 months its battery health was 90% however when it was only 50 cycles it was at 96% it used to fluctuate back and forth from 98-94% so rest assured its normal on any macbook. However if any issue is there you would get a warning and apple will gladly help you resolve it as and if any issue crops up till then enjoy your macbook.

I have found that the reported max capacity can change by a few percent when I simply remove the charger cable and plug it right back in.

My June 2012 15" rMBP with 33 cycles varies between 97 and 99 percent of original capacity.
