Hello Everyone!
I have looked through some other similar threads also related to this topic, and maybe you could kindly point me in the right direction.

I'm looking to get a more mobile computer to run AutoCAD (both Mac version and via Parallels for specific CAD packages) and other CAD modeling software (no gaming). I already have a 27 iMac which runs my software quite well, but need something for taking to client presentations, working on the road, etc...

For the price, the 13 in. MacBook Pro (standard, not retina) looks really good. My only concern is whether Intel HD 4000 is capable enough.

Do any of you guys encounter any issues, or have the same setup?

Thanks much for your help!!

AutoCAD is not very demanding graphics wise unless you have hundreds of layers going with a ton of lines. I don't think the 4000HD would hold you back.
