MacBook pro 13 keyboard and trackpad not working

Hi everyone, I've got a 2010 base model 13 inch mbp here.

Issue: keyboard and trackpad non responsive, caps lock light does not light up AS WELL AS a USB keyboard and mouse are non responsive too

I have this on dual boot and with windows 7 the keyboard and trackpad are fine.

Any suggestions before I give apple a call?
