Macbook Pro 13 late 09 Crash

Hi, i´m having some problems with my macbook pro late 09, the issue it´s that my MBP when it´s quite some time running with a little bit of hot the display freeze and appears two green lines on the right side of it, and begins to do some strange sound from the speakers. For you to know the scenario i was running 4 apps at the same time and downloading a very large file. Someone else have this problem? What could be the reason for this? I use the computer for audio editing. Good Bye.
