Macbook pro 13 late 2013 + 4k monitor

Hi Guys,
I've just purchased this monitor from LG:

Does anybody know if I can get this to work at 60 hertz with my macbook pro 13 late 2013? At the moment I've managed to have it work but only at 30 hertz.

No afraid not, there is a way to get it to 52hz (I think using switchres x and a mini display cable from the thunderbolt port), there is a thread on it here somewhere do a search.

I believe only the 2015 13" models can do 4k@60Hz.
