macbook pro 13' late 2013+dell u2515h

Does anybody know if the macbook pro 13' late 2013 supports this 2k monitor at 60hz?

It does, though the monitor isn't 2K. It's 1440p which is higher.
1440p at 60 Hz is pretty unproblematic and will work all the way back to pre-unibody MacBook Pros.
