Macbook pro 13" mid 2009 + Crucial M4

I am having some problems with my OCZ Agility 3 SSD, and I am still able to return the damn thing and get a different SSD. Are there any people here with a mid 2009 13" Macbook Pro with a Crucial M4? Do you have any problems/issues with it?
Or do people have advice for a different SSD?

Crcuial M4 is an excellent choice.

The M4 for $200 is the best bang for the buck right now. The Samsung 830 is faster, but you probably wouldn't see much if any difference on the 2009 MBP with its 3 Gigabit interfaces (vs. 6 on newer models).
