I am thinking about selling my laptop to buy a Macbook Air 11". I want to take my laptop to school and the Pro is too heavy for my book bag with all of the books I have to carry. I am not sure what these go for though?

Here are the specs:
MacBook Pro 13"
Released Mid-2010
2.4ghz Intel Core Duo
4GB Ram
128GB SSD

It is in perfect condition, I had a case on it since I bought it.

I would greatly appreciate honest opinions on how much you think I can sell it for. I don't want to overprice it, but nor do I want to under price it.

Thank you for your opinions :) I was thinking along the lines of $1000-$1100, so from the looks of it seems to be fair. I bought this around end of August 2010, so the warranty recently expired :(

WOW 2010 MBP's hold their value that well? Almost the same price as a refurbished 2011!

WhicH is why he'd be incredibly lucky to sell it a that price. Or he find somebody ignorant to the market.

I'd start it at 1k, but you'd have to hawk that SSD as that's the only thing you have going for it. If you can get a new refurb with AppleCare for only a hundred more, if that, it's a hard sell.

Make sure you take a lot of high quality pictures including the accessories as peripherals.

$800

Bought mine in Oct 2010, and sold it in August for $800 cash. I'd paid about $1600 (including the tax), for some reason had lost the install disc, but had upped the RAM to 6gig. With that SSD, I'd assume you should get $900-$1000 for it.
