MacBook Pro 13 not charging

Hello. Sorry I'm not good speak english, but I'm try explain about my problem.

So: my mbp 13,a1278 mid 2010, 2 days ago stoping charger battery end no any light on charger connector. pram reset not help, I'm try disconnect battery hold power button connect again olso not help. Try to sister computer install battery working, power adapter also working witch sister computer.

battery status : Good
battery failure : none
charging with : 0.0 watts if disconnect power connector end connect again battery usage 2.2 wats about 10s
power adapter : (null) watts

Also without battery no start.

i little check logic board power without battery

hello again. today try change power & charger chip. when chip take out gone power to battery connector show 0.00/0.00/0.00 after change new chip power same to old chip and still no light or charger battery same one can help where looking problem ?

Problem sense line no 3.45v power, need wire jump. I hope help same one fixed problem no light no charger battery.
