MacBook Pro 13" Screen Resolution

Recently I sold my early 15" Early 2011 MacBook Pro and purchased a 13" Mid 2012 MacBook Pro. I just needed the portability and I am fine with the downgrade in power and resolution, but at times I wish the 13" Pro had better resolution.

Does anyone have any idea when the 13" Pro will get an upgrade in resolution? Maybe next year? I like everything about the 13" Pro and it would be great if the laptop had the resolution of the 15".

The 13" retina MBP has a higher resolution screen. Maybe take a look at those?

Never. It will eventually be phased out when basically every 'Pro' is an rMBP.

The limited resolution of the 13" used to bother me a long time ago but not so much anymore. I make the dock super small and make use of full screen for certain apps.
