Hi, just got a MBP13'' yesterday, seem to have a bit of a problem with the spacebar.

The very right side of it is rather unresponsive, (If I press it at the end near the right side, it doesn't do anything) I can definitely reproduce it

Granted it's not a huge problem but occasionally when I type I do end up using that area so my words are not spaced correctly. Guess it could be annoying in the long run.

Just wondering if this is similar to anyone else?

Should I just take it back and ask them about it?

Is this a Brand New MBP?

If it is take it back to where you bought and get a NEW unit or your money back.

Do NOT let them try to fix it. You bought a New computer not one that needs to be fixed.

Good Luck & best wishes

Yep brand new one yesterday.

Okay as I'm writing notes right now, it's kinda getting annoying.

I've read somewhere this is a problem in MBA

Not sure if people have same problem

Exchanged and got a brand new one!

Mine developed the same problem, had it fixed on warranty.

Glad you got it sorted :D

Glad you got a New unit.
It is amazing that some people would actually take a 1 day old appliance back and let it be worked on to be fixed. It is not then a new unit. It is refurbished and or used at the cost of New.
