I have the previous generation MacBook Pro 13". I have 4GB of Crucial ram and a 500 GB 5400 Hard drive installed. Recently I have found several things happening.
1. The computer becomes unresponsive to the trackpad mouse. I will have Safari and or itunes open and click on something and nothing happens. I can click repeatedly and maybe after 8-10 clicks it will respond and either close the program or click through the link. The is true if I use an external mouse as well.
2. It has been slower to boot up than previously and slower in general in opening programs.
3. It also seems to be running some what hotter than before.
I have repaired disk permissions and that doesn't seem to help.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
