MacBook Pro 13 Waking up from sleep every two hours

Hi, I know this has been discussed in other threads and that is an ongoing issue for a long time but I was wondering if anyone knows a way to fix this.

Terminal states wake up calls every 2 hours: wake reason RTC (alarm)

I have BT off, notifications off when screen is asleep and I have also Reset SMC and PRAM.

Any ideas?
