Macbook Pro 13" + Windows 7 + iPhone Headset

I have searched all over the place and cannot find any info.

Can I use the iPhone headset mic with the Macbook Pro 13" 2009 model???

As of right now the headset speakers only seem to work.

No you can't. Each plastic line on the connector separates a component, in this case, left, right, and mic. You cannot use that headset to input sound unless you scream into the earphones, that'll actually work to record sound.
